Premier Place is the preferred skilled nursing & rehabilitation health care provider for the two hospital systems in Naples — NCH Healthcare System and Physicians Regional Healthcare System. The Millennium Physician Group, the largest physician group in the greater Collier area, has also recognized Premier Place as their preferred skilled nursing and rehabilitation health center.

If and when the time comes that you and your physician decide to transition to Premier Place as a permanent resident:

• You will not pay the public daily rate of $643 or $19,300 per month (2025 rates).
• You will pay a heavily discounted monthly rate because of your residency at The Glenview.
