Judith Lipnick spent more than 21 years in Pelican Bay, but since June 2021, The Glenview is the place she calls home — and where she’s found real purpose. As President of the Board of Directors, Judith knows this community inside and out, and that’s made her one of its biggest advocates. “I’m involved in everything here, so I know how special it is,” said Judith.

A Place You Actually Own

For Judith, what sets The Glenview apart starts with its structure. As a Cooperative, residents don’t simply rent an apartment — they own it, a real estate investment that can appreciate in value over time. That ownership also comes with a genuine voice in how the community is run, unlike entrance-fee communities, where residents have little say. “People truly care, and they want to contribute to decisions that make this place the best it can be,” Judith said.

Confidence, Not Compromise

That ownership gives Judith what she truly values: confidence in her own future. “I know what I have here, and it’s exactly how I want to live,” explained Judith. Attentive daily check-ins and a responsive staff give her support without ever taking over her independence. “Whatever you want, they will do everything they possibly can for you,” Judith complimented the team.

Food Fresh From Scratch, and Downright Addictive

Ask Judith what makes daily life at The Glenview enjoyable, and food is at the top of her list. “The food here is fabulous,” she enthused. “Everything is made fresh and from scratch, every single day. Living here in Naples, we’re fortunate to enjoy wonderful seafood, and the dining team does an excellent job making every meal feel special. Then there’s the Pastry Chef, whose continental breakfast spread has turned into a local legend. We go to the early morning exercise classes just so we can rush to the lounge for her sticky pecan rolls. They are magnificent!” Add a packed activities calendar —lectures, concerts, mahjong, yoga, weekly happy hours — plus easy access to the beach, and there’s rarely a dull moment for Judith. “We have transportation to the beach, and restaurants right there, too,” she said. “Everything I love is close by.”

The People Make It Feel Like Home

More than any amenity, Judith says it’s her neighbors who make The Glenview special. “They are the nicest group of people I think I’ve ever found,” smiled Judith. “Honestly, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. I’m proud to call The Glenview home.”
